Phantom Designz is owned and operated by Charlie Graham, a U.S. Air Force veteran who spent nearly a decade working as an electrician on fighter jets and managing technical systems. Charlie’s experience with painting and home improvement goes back to his teens, when he worked with his mother painting homes for realtors in the North Carolina market and helped his father build their family home.
